5 Things Greats CEOs Don't Say
We’d prefer not to grow
We don’t need to invest into our team
Let the competition take the lead
Our customers don’t require the best from us
The business is good enough as it is
I’m sure if we put our minds to it we could extend this list to 100.
If we flip the narrative it sounds like this:
We need to grow because our company is offering a valuable solution and we can make the world a better place by servicing more people.
Great people run great companies, therefore we must always invest in our team and seek to add “A” players at all times.
Our solutions must always be superior to the competition. This is how we ensure the customer is getting the best product possible in the marketplace.
The customer’s investment of time and capital into our solution must be treated with the highest respect and quality - always.
There is always an opportunity to optimize the business to make it better for the employees, customers, shareholders, vendors and partners.
What does your list look like?
