Attitude of Grattitude
Wake up each morning and meditate on everything that you are thankful. Gratitude is the foundation by which we create success. There is always something and/or someone to be thankful for. When you show gratitude, you attract positive energy into your life. When positive energy is within you, you naturally emanate it back out to the world, and round and round you go. A good practice is keeping a gratitude journal where you keep track of all that you are thankful for.
I like to give thanks to my trials as these build character, perseverance and strength within me. I give thanks for the blessings I have not yet received. I give thanks for all that I have been given and all that I am entrusted with. I give thanks so that I can move through the day with an attitude of gratitude.
