Morale Matters
The morale within your organization is worth protecting.
If confidence or enthusiasm is starting to wane, it’s time to get things back on the rails.
Imagine a lackluster Jordan passing the ball to an apathetic Pippen.
Without a sense of shared purpose, work becomes just that - work, and nothing more. It’s like dribbling the ball without a desire to score.
Guess who can perform their job well regardless of morale? The robots… that’s who.
It’s simply not good enough to be “good enough” anymore.
If you’re coasting at any level - organizational or individual - the writing is on the wall.
So sound the rally cry, raise the flags, get pumped, and go out there and make a difference that only you and your team can.
