The Last Moat

Why are you still in the game?

Is it a deep desire to create positive change, fix what’s broken or right a wrong?

Are you obsessed with the mission and fully committed to it?

Does the customer feel your dedication and passion for “the cause”?

Are you the Michelangelo of your field?

Craftsmanship is the last real moat.

It’s our edge against the competition and against the robots.

When you jump on your morning team calls are you joined by fellow craftsmen/women?

Box checkers and order takers need not apply.

Our job is to elevate the human experience. That’s humanity at its finest.

This is the definition of meaningful work. Nothing less is worth your life units.

You either choose to ascend or join the race to the bottom.

In the end the customer decides… casting their vote with every purchase.
