The Dead Zone
As we move further into the world of Agentic AI, humans will begin to demand automated experiences - especially where human intervention is slow, inefficient, or expensive.
Imagine having to call your stockbroker to place a trade.
Imagine calling Amazon to return an item.
Imagine standing in the street to hail a Waymo.
Crazy right?
We’re walking around like we have time to hold onto outdated systems and thinking.
We don’t.
There will always be room and demand for high-touch human interaction. But if you’re stuck between automation and high-touch personalization, you’re in the dead zone.
What I’m getting at is this: outdated skills, bad habits, poor communication, slow processes, and low-quality output are now inexcusable. Intolerable.
We don’t have to deal with it anymore - and increasingly, we won’t.
Look - building agents and automating workflows isn’t easy. But what is your alternative - AND - why is it better?
