The Ivory Tower
It’s scary territory to show signs of vulnerability as a leader. No one likes to admit that they don’t have all the answers, all the time. Yet, the truth is that no one does. Not even the smartest, most capable CEO. When business owners/leaders start to feel lost, they very often begin to isolate themselves in the ivory tower, until things “blow over”. And thus the cycle continues until the next mini/major crisis; causing a range of negative emotions in between.
Alternatively, CEO’s and business leaders can find strength and camaraderie amongst each other via peer advisory groups. When there is a high level of trust and accountability within the group it will lead to higher levels of intention, freedom, power, creativity, and fulfillment for members. Not to mention, helping to reclaim the precious commodity of time.
If you’ve been following this blog for any period of time you’ll notice that this particular topic has been somewhat of a recurring theme. On top of this, I have received a lot of interest from this community to create a peer advisory group. With that said, I am proud to announce the launch of the EntrePowerment community - a free online platform to empower entrepreneurs through content, community, collaboration and coaching.
I am humbly committed to your success and will continue to create opportunities for us to build together. Your continued feedback, support and input is always welcome.

Poll Results: The results are in from last week’s survey - 67% of voters said the next one is more important than the last one…
