Let’s play a game.
In 10 years:
Will your business need more or less employees?
Will there be more or less competition in your space?
Will there be more or less regulation in your industry?
Will you rely more or less on external vendors?
Will the business need you more or less?
Will it be more or less difficult to find good people?
Will your brand matter more or less?
It’s natural to want all the right answers here. You’re probably not going to get them.
That’s not what this is for…
My little game has one job - to tell you whether you’re building for the future or managing one that’s already heading for the door.
