When Though...?
The question of “when?” is far more terrifying than the question of “how?”.
Youtube has already answered every imaginable “how-to”.
Yet, it’s the existential question of “when” that often grips us with fear.
For example:
When is the optimal time to sell my business?
When will my team be sufficiently prepared to assume leadership roles?
When should I consider increasing my prices?
When will our current technology become obsolete?
When is the best time to expand into new markets?
Given that we lack a crystal ball, the best we can do is diligently commit to strategic action and improve from there. The more we operate in this capacity the closer we get to answering our big “whens”.
I propose we demystify “when” by setting concrete dates, determining required actions and working backwards from there.
Remember, "when" is merely a question, and there is no one better suited to answer it than you.
